Installation Period
The system is available at your venue for six and a half hours on weekdays between 07:00hrs and 17:00hrs. This period allows for unloading, set-up, presentation running time of 2 hours maximum, dismantling and removal. For weekend and Public Holiday hires add 50%. Additional, or varied, hours are available to suit your particular requirement but extra charges will apply (by quotation).

Venues
The Low-Budget Set is available within the M25 at the Standard Package price – other areas will incur an additional labour and transport cost (by quotation), depending on location and travel time.

Special Deals
For periods of more than one-day hire or Roadshows, special discounted rates may be available subject to locations to be visited, equipment required and period of hire. Please let us have your proposed timetable and venue list and we will provide a quotation.
